1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to amberclay.com (“the Site”), operated by 25Mike LLC, doing business as Amber Clay (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this Site, purchasing any digital product, subscribing to any email list, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). 4. License for Use

Each Digital Product purchase grants one (1) non-transferable, non-exclusive license to the individual Purchaser for private, personal, non-commercial use only. Printing for personal use is permitted and encouraged. Redistribution in any form, whether for profit or at no charge, is expressly prohibited.

5. Trademark Notice

Amber Clay is a trade name of 25Mike LLC. “Abide & Build” and all associated content, frameworks, phrases, and branding are the intellectual property of 25Mike LLC. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited and will be enforced under applicable trademark law.

6. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or platform-native processors through HighLevel or Stan Store). We do not directly store your full payment card information.
